We have a lawn!

John and I were busy on the weekend laying the lawn. I had Friday off, so I spent the day shoveling dirt, flattening the backyard and spreading the loam. I didn't finish spreading it as it got delivered late, and by then I was too sore and too tired from preparing the yard.

John helped me finish spreading the loam on Saturday morning, then the grass got delivered and we laid it. It was so easy - and much cheaper than I thought!

The dogs love it. They're not supposed to be on the lawn for 21 days... but were about 20 days, 23 hours and 50 minutes too early.
