Babies babies babies

I started making this baby blanket AGES ago for a girl at work. She's currently on leave, but will be back in a couple of weeks before she goes away again on maternity leave.... although now that our department has been restructured, I'll no longer be working with her... but I figured I'd still give it to her anyway.

This is the same pattern that I crocheted for Charlotte, but her's was in a varigated wood with blue, pink, purple and white.

Paper Art

Well, as a bit of a change from crochet, I've started doing some paper art, which I found on the Canon website (http://www.canon.com.au/creativepark/index.html). It's pretty cool, and have started making a little bride and groom bear for Lian and Laurent.

There are heaps of cool (free) patterns for kids of all ages :o)

More crochet stuff

I finally finished the blanket for Simone's baby.... and I finished the first part of Leopold the Lion. I'm supposed to latch hook fluff on to him, but I've done his face I think think he looks better without hair. I might unhook all the other fur and just leave the mane on... will have to think about it.
